If your NDIS plan is self managed or plan managed, you're free to choose your own transport provider, and that includes us. Tell us when you book that the trip relates to your plan and we'll provide a proper invoice you can keep for your records or pass on to your plan manager.
Not every taxi on the road is set up for a wheelchair or mobility scooter. If you need one, mention it when you call so we can line up the right vehicle rather than turning up and hoping for the best.
