A standard taxi doesn't carry a child seat by default. Tell us when you book and we'll make sure the right one is fitted and ready before we arrive.
Because a car seat can't be fitted on the spot, a baby seat needs to be requested when you make your booking, not when the driver turns up. Let us know your child's approximate age or weight and we'll bring a seat that's suitable and correctly fitted before pickup.
If you'd rather use your own seat, that's fine too, just mention it when you call so the driver knows to allow a few extra minutes.
